After representing the state for Volleyball she understands the needs of athletes.
Throughout her career Natalie has provided care for a wide range of individuals from sedentary to very active including surfers, triathletes, cyclists, boxers, dancers, Brazilian jiu jitsu and football players. Understanding that each individual has specific needs, she is dedicated to improving her clients wellbeing and helping them to reach their own highest potential and optimal health.
Education
Dr Natalie holds a Bachelor of Health Science with a major in Human Movement from Sydney University. She also holds her Master's degree in Chiropractic from Macquarie University. She brings a mind body connection to the presentation of each individual also focusing on breath, movement and exercise.
Professional skills
Natalie's treatment methods include chiropractic adjustments (low force and traditional) through Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) to release tension and restore proper alignment. Additional techniques Natalie offers are - functional dry needling, rehab/exercise prescription, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage), dry cupping, NET (NeuroEmotional Technique) and Orocranial functional bodywork (Jaw/TMJ and Cranials).
